Agreement

MShop is operated by Makerko Pvt. Ltd., Kathmandu, Nepal. Using the site or placing an order means you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Orders

Product details and prices can change until you place an order. The price and shipping amount confirmed at checkout are the amounts you pay. We may refuse an order placed by mistake, including an obvious pricing error, and we will tell you if we do.

Shipping

Shipping charges are not fixed. They depend on the product and are confirmed for each order. The shipping amount confirmed at checkout is the amount you pay. See delivery.

Returns

Returns follow the returns page.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your password to yourself. How we handle account data is in the privacy policy.

Liability

The site and products are provided with reasonable care. We are not liable for indirect loss, or for loss caused by misuse of a product, except where the law of Nepal does not allow that limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Makerko Pvt. Ltd., Kathmandu, Nepal is the contracting entity. Questions go through the contact form.
